- 100g 0% fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, it may be very thick to start but will lighten as the cocoa powder mixes in.
Once mixed in, enjoy!
- If the mixture is too thick try adding 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of water and mix through.
- You can swap for regular cocoa powder, but it will be more of a fruity taste than a chocolate taste.
- Add in some fruit if you wanted such as blueberries, raspberries or banana slices.
