Our online GP service, powered by Doctor Care Anywhere, will mean you and your team can talk to a GP at a suitable time 24/7, 365 days a year. Advanced Nurse Practitioners are also available between 8am - 10pm.

You or your employees can have a video or phone appointment with a physiotherapist or specialist without a GP referral, at a convenient time of day.

If you or your employee are referred to see a specialist then our appointment booking service can book their initial appointment at a convenient time for them and your business, or source up to three specialists for them to choose from. 

An Outpatient option or Diagnostics Only option needs to be included on your plan for the consultation to be covered.

24/7 health support line

Our 24/7 health support line is available to help you or your employees with any health-related questions or worries. 

Our nurses and counsellors are available 24/7. Pharmacists and midwives are available 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm Saturdays and 8am - 12pm Sundays.

Access to discounted health assessments

Your employees can get a picture of their overall health and wellbeing with 25% off Nuffield Health assessments. With a focus on preventative health, these assessments will let your employees know about potential issues, as well as reinforce health habits. 

Access to discounted gym memberships

Our great gym offers will help you and your employees proactively look after your mental and physical health.

Support with comprehensive cancer cover

Worrying about cancer symptoms is stressful. Having an Outpatient option or our Diagnostics Only option will mean your employees can quickly find out if anything's wrong. And if they're diagnosed with cancer, and your plan includes our Treatment with Comprehensive Cancer Cover option, we'll immediately connect them to our dedicated cancer care team who'll be with them every step of the way. 

Our cancer care support includes these vital benefits:

Support with mental health

It's not always easy to tell if someone's struggling with anxiety or depression. As mental ill-health is one of the main reasons for long-term absence from work, helping your people manage their problems before they get worse, makes good sense1

Our Mental Health cover provides simple, fast access to support and treatment.

  • You and your employees, aged 18 and over, can call us directly and one of our expert staff can arrange an assessment with our mental health service, without needing a GP referral
  • They can arrange an appointment with a counsellor or psychologist, if appropriate
  • If your employee has a more complex condition, they could be referred to an appropriate specialist for treatment.
