    You can start a new claim by visiting Member Online at any time, day or night. It’s completely secure and easy to use.

    To enable us to direct your call more efficiently it is important that you contact us using your dedicated phone number. This can be found by logging in or registering to Member Online where this can be found. In most cases this will avoid the need to transfer your call.

    If for whatever reason you are unable to log into your Member Online account please contact 0800 302 9133.

    The most efficient way to contact us is to use your dedicated number, however if you are still unable to do this then please use the numbers below. Please be patient and use the descriptors given that best describe your member status and bear in mind we may still need to transfer your call.

    Large Corporate Members – if you are insured as part of a large group scheme, which is funded or partially funded by your employer, call 0800 068 2494.
    Small Corporate and individually insured members – If you are insured as part of a smaller scheme circa 50 or less, which is funded or partially funded by your employer or you have taken our your own individual or family policy which you pay for either direct or through a broker, please call 0800 068 2497.

    To change your address, email or phone number log in to Member Online and click ‘My profile’ to get started.

    If you'd like someone to make changes to your plan on your behalf, we need your permission first. You can manage 'permissions' in your online account. Just log in and go to your profile.
