You can start a claim or talk to us about an existing claim by phone or online.
If you want to speak to us about another member’s claim or health concerns, then we need their permission first. You can manage 'permissions' in your online account. Just log in and go to your profile.

Online
You can start a new claim online at any time, day or night. It’s completely secure and easy to use.
You can send us your documents, such as invoices and claim form, online. Log in to Member Online and use the ‘Upload documents’ button from the home page. We cannot accept these documents via email due to their sensitive nature.
To change your address, email or phone number log in to Member Online and click ‘My profile’ to get started.
