Each year, the AXA Mind Health study* explores the state of mental health across the UK, providing both small and large businesses with actionable insight to help support their people.
This year’s study shows one in five (21%) working people are flourishing – the best mental health state in the study. This is more than in 2022 but some groups are being left behind, including female employees and those that are younger or from minority groups.
Employees are three times more likely to thrive if they work at a company that offers good mental health support.
