At AXA Health, we constantly review our products and services to see where we can make improvements and add value.  Making sure we recognise our members' changing needs and circumstances is part of this.  We also examine our own products and services to see where we can make improvements or be clearer about how they work.

This means we've made some changes to the definitions and benefits we provide, introducing service updates and wording changes to improve clarity and consistency.  Each update is covered in detail in the document, along with the products affected.
