The stated 10% discount applies to pre-tax rates and is calculated before any applicable VAT is added. To qualify for this promotion and benefit from 2026 pricing, the promotion must be ordered and paid for in full by 31 December 2026. All elements of the promotional package must be redeemed and utilised no later than 30 June 2027. For Health Coaching services, at least the first session must take place within six months of the date of purchase. Any promotional benefits not redeemed within the applicable timeframes shall expire and no refund, credit, or extension will be provided.
- Prices include travel costs covering reasonable travel within two hours of a physiologist/expert’s location within mainland UK and / or 30 miles of a major UK mainland city. Anything outside of this will be chargeable at £0.45 per mile, plus reasonable accommodation costs. Any other unforeseen costs, which arise during the contract, may be charged on to the client provided it is reasonable to do so. These fees sit outside the available 10% discount. Cancellation fees will apply for onsite services if cancelled within 20 business days and digital services within 10 business days.
- All seminars, seminar series & workshops will be delivered remotely.
- Seminars, seminar series and webinars can be replaced for alternative titles from the agreed list if required. They should always be those delivered by a Spectrum.Life physiologist, nutritionist / dietitian, mental health practitioner or parenting expert.
- Health assessments know your numbers and wellbeing consultations are available onsite and priced differently meaning package costs vary by health theme.
- Available workshops include ‘Health champions’, ‘Mental Health First Aid – Aware’ or Menopause training for line managers, each are priced separately, meaning Elevate package costs vary by health theme.
- The Charges for the Ordered Services will be invoiced once they have agreed the relevant Order Form i.e. prior to usage.
- Clients have 6 months from the date of purchase to use the webinars and seminars bought. For a course of 1:2:1 health coaching, at least the first session should have taken place within the 6 months.
- Prices will be held from time the relevant Order Form is agreed, even if the usage goes into a different year where prices may have increased.
- At least 6 weeks notice is required for in person events and 4 weeks for remote events.
- For all seminars, delivered as live webinars, a recording shall be made available for one month post the event and deployed online for your employees to enjoy.
