Don’t miss out - stay covered for previous and existing medical conditions when you leave your current employer.

Maybe you’re leaving your company to set up on your own. Or perhaps you’re retiring.  Whatever your reason for leaving your company, you’ll want to make sure that you’re still covered.

If you’ve been covered with AXA PPP healthcare or AXA Health on a scheme provided by your employer, you (and any family member also covered on the scheme) could qualify for a personal plan with the option to continue without further medical underwriting. This means you could be covered for previous and existing medical conditions, as long as your new plan with us covers these.

Transferring is quick, easy and trouble free.  You won’t need to fill in any forms or have any kind of medical examination – we’ll arrange everything over the phone.

Our personal plans have a number of options including optical, dental and travel benefits.  Remember that the cover offered depends on the plan you choose and the underwriting terms.

If you’ve made a claim with us we could still continue to cover you for any ongoing treatment subject to the terms and conditions of your new plan. If you move to another provider, it is possible they will not offer this continuation of underwriting and could exclude your existing medical conditions.

To take advantage of this offer, get in touch with us. We can only offer this for a short amount of time after you leave your employer.
