AXA Health has announced significant enhancements to its support services, to help deliver care so employees feel supported, cared for and listened to as they navigate life’s key moments.
In collaboration with Peppy, these updates reinforce AXA Health’s commitment to providing the right care at the right time, from teams built with people who care, ensuring employees have access to expert guidance and confidential support whenever they need it.
Employees with access to AXA Health’s men’s health, women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and early parenthood and menopause support services can now benefit from additional testing and treatment options, tailored to individual needs so they feel fully supported following consultations. These include tests such as:
- Men’s ultimate blood test
- Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS) testing
- Personalised Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) prescribing and treatment plans
- Semen testing
- Cholesterol testing
- Prostate Specific-Antigen (PSA) testing
The services also now include access to private prescriptions for HRT, contraception and men’s health treatments when clinically appropriate.
These enhancements support early detection and intervention, giving people a safe, reassuring space to share and check symptoms, get clearer answers and access appropriate care sooner. AXA Health aims to create a supportive environment where employees feel cared for as they manage the health issues that can arise at different stages of life and ensure people’s health concerns and worries can be addressed as quickly as possible.
Rich Glassborow, Distribution, Propositions and Marketing Director, AXA Health: said: “These initiatives and enhancements demonstrate our ongoing commitment to prioritising employee wellbeing and ensuring people receive timely, expert support when they most need it.”
“By adding access to tests, treatment options and private prescriptions, we’re helping our clients’ employees get answers sooner, start the right treatment earlier and feel listened to and cared for throughout their health journey.”
All services are delivered by Peppy's qualified clinical practitioners, through a convenient digital experience. Notably, the menopause support service has demonstrated real benefits, with 18% overall symptom improvement reported by almost 700 users who were surveyed over a year.
These enhancements are part of AXA Health’s ongoing commitment to provide cover that cares – going beyond access to healthcare to offer empathy, expert guidance and support. They come at no additional charge and are included within AXA Health’s existing standalone company paid men’s health, women’s health, fertility, pregnancy and early parenthood and menopause support services supporting employees at every stage of their health journey.
