Dr Imren Sterno
Head of mental health and Consultant clinical psychologist
I‘ve worked in mental health for over 20 years.
I have two PhDs, so have experience in both the clinical and research world.
I’ve led mental health strategies for global corporate companies, and have worked closely with vulnerable children and adults, who have been exposed to abuse and neglect.
Much of my role involves operational and strategic leadership for AXA Health as well as AXA Global Healthcare, where I work across different countries to support raising awareness, addressing complex issues and supporting managers and staff to understand the wellbeing and mental health needs of their employees.
I’m qualified in multiple treatment therapy models, which I translate into practical strategies and toolkits for the workplace.
