  • 4 cups fresh strawberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method

Healthy swaps/tips

For a dairy free alternative try swapping the Greek yoghurt for coconut yoghurt.

Agave nectar can make a great alternative for honey when looking to add the natural sweetness.

This doesn’t just work for strawberries, experiment with other fruits such as raspberries, mango or peaches.
