Dr Anna Mandeville

I’m a senior leader and consultant clinical psychologist with dual expertise in medical/health psychology and mental health.

I have extensive experience in clinical, operational, and strategic leadership, helping to enhance quality and safety, as well as driving innovation within NHS and commercial healthcare environments.

I’ve designed and led mental health and health psychology services at both national and regional levels, with a special interest in expanding psychological interventions through digital mental health tools.

I’ve also collaborated with product teams to design and implement safe, effective digital approaches to mental health care. I hold a master’s degree in Leadership and Quality Improvement from Hult Ashridge International Business School and am a Health Foundation Fellow.

I’m also a Visiting Lecturer at UCL, working within the research department of Behavioural Science and Health, as well as the Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology department.

I’m genuinely passionate about making psychology more available and accessible to everyone. From better access to information through digital tools, to using psychology more in our schools – supporting parents and children around their emotions and psychology from an early age, helping promote insight and improve relationships.

I’m delighted to be lead consultant and clinical psychologist at AXA Health, as part of its clear intention to provide the best in psychological care for both its members and staff.
