Lack of concentration

Experiencing mental fatigue can often be a sign of a mental health disorder. This might result in:

  • difficulties maintaining concentration,
  • a decrease in attention,
  • difficulty remembering things,
  • and short term memory loss.   

You can’t solely rely on physical form to perform well, if your ability to concentrate is not as good as it usually is, then delivering a strong performance may be challenging. In football, for example, you may be more susceptible to injury during a training session when you are preoccupied or when your mind is elsewhere.
