Constant fatigue

Mental health and sleep are closely linked, with fatigue being a well-known symptom of depression. It is not only physical, shown by you having a lack of energy or drowsiness, but can be psychological too, usually demonstrated by having trouble concentrating, a lack of enthusiasm, or loss of interest in work and leisure activities.
