Alcohol Free Mulled Wine

8 December 2023

This simple drink is the perfect winter mocktail to enjoy this festive season with all the mulling spices - just without the alcohol.

Nutritional highlights

This mocktail counts towards 1 of our 5 a day thanks to the fruit juices! Eating our 5 a day can help to reduce our risks of heart disease, strokes and some types of cancer. Both juices provide us with antioxidants which can help protect our cells from free radical damage something that could lead to cancer.

Pomegranate juice in particular has more antioxidants than green tea. Both juices are also great sources of vitamin C and E meaning they help keep our cells, skin, bones, blood vessels, eyes and immune system healthy.
