In all the example plans, pricing is based on:

You may want to reward your most senior and loyal employees differently.
If you have six or more people, you can create different benefit packages within your healthcare plan. Each package must cover at least three employees and you can have up to six packages in the plan.
Perhaps your biggest priority is giving your staff quick access to medical help when they need it. Maybe you only want cover for therapies like physio.
Just choose the cover options you'd like, or only pick one if it’s all that’s required. If two or fewer people are covered on your plan, you will need to include either Treatment or Diagnostics Only options.
