Our appointments booking team will make it happen

Saving time is vital - for your employee's health and for your business. With our appointment booking service your employees can see the right person quickly. The sooner they see a consultant, the sooner they can get a diagnosis and treatment, and the sooner they can start getting better. You'll need to include access to specialist consultations and diagnostic tests with your business healthcare plan for the consultation to be covered.

This is how it works:

  1. Ask your GP for an open referral. An open referral is when a GP doesn't name a particular specialist, but instead gives the type of specialist that you need to see.
  2. Call our claims team who will assess your claim and pass your details through to our appointments booking team who will book an appointment for you.
  3. Or they'll give you a choice of up to three specialists, and you can get in touch when you're ready.

  • We know each consultant’s specialism so we can get your team to the right specialist at a time and place that suits them best.
  • Our aim is to arrange an appointment for your employees and we will let them know when this is by the end of the next working day, if not before.

We’ll talk to different hospital departments to make sure that any appointments we make fit in with you.

If you call us with a suspected cancer or heart condition, the moment we get off the phone with you we’ll get you an urgent appointment with a specialist.

We can’t take the worry of illness away, but we can remove the hassle of making an appointment. So, as soon as you get in touch with a GP referral, you can rest assured that we’re working behind the scenes to get you seen as soon as possible.
