  • Health at Hand - Access to telephone health information and support from our team of nurses, counsellors, midwives and pharmacists via our Health at Hand service
  • Heart and cancer nurses – Our experienced cancer and heart nurses are available by phone and make sure no one has to find their way on their own when diagnosed with cancer or a heart condition. 
  • Working Body – With Working Body, you and your team (aged 18 and over) can talk to a physiotherapist over the phone without the need for a GP referral. They’ll assess the symptoms, talk about what they could mean, and help plan what to do next
  • Proactive Health Gateway – Providing you and your team with online access to wellbeing support that’s tailored to your individual goals. You can use the AXA Health Age calculator to find out your ‘Health Age’ and follow in-depth guidance and make suggested changes to get healthier

Realise Health Assessment: Plus (https://www.axaactiveplus.co.uk/realise-health-assessment-plus) is available to Eligible Customers only and is available upon purchase of an Eligible Plan directly from AXA Health^ during the period from 28 December 2020 up to and including 17 January 2020. 

“Eligible Customers” means employees, who: 

a) will be covered by an Eligible Plan; and 

b) are not currently, and have not in the last three months been, a member of any individual or corporate plan, policy or trust scheme underwritten or administered by AXA Health or AXA PPP healthcare Administration Services Limited. 

“Eligible Plan” means an SME policy with AXA Health, which: 

a) is Business Health or Business Protect; and 

b) must have commenced by 22 January 2021; and

c) includes either the Treatment option or the Diagnostics Only option. 

The Realise Health Assessment: Plus will be redeemable through AXA ActivePlus website using a one-time voucher code. The voucher code will be sent to the email address of each Eligible Customer within 15 days of AXA Health receiving your first monthly premium payment or if paying annually, 15 days after AXA Health receive your annual subscription payment as long as you have not cancelled your Eligible Plan within such 15 days’ period. Delivery of the Realise Health Assessment: Plus will be subject to the terms and conditions of AXA ActivePlus.
