Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them. By opting to receive EAP Premier you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
This offer is for 12 months free access to EAP Premier for new direct Business Health and Business Protect customers of AXA PPP healthcare Limited (“AXA PPP healthcare”) (the “Offer”).
The Offer is only available to new direct Business Health and Business Protect customers who are purchasing either a Business Health plan or a Business Protect plan (each a “Plan”) which covers at least 20 or more employees and includes at least one other cover option. The Plan must include either the ‘Treatment’ option or the ‘Diagnostics Only’ option, in addition to EAP Premier.
