Our policies cover cancellation of your trip if you contract COVID-19 and you’re unable to travel, and medical expenses should you be unfortunate enough to contract COVID-19 whilst you are travelling. This cover is available as long as you are travelling to a destination where there is no Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office advice against travel at the time you depart on your trip.
We do not cover claims for cancellation otherwise related to the Coronavirus pandemic. This applies for any trip booked after 9am on 14 March 2020.
