Makes 1 serving

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: 0 minutes

  • 100g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Method

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, it may be very thick to start but will lighten in consistency as the cocoa powder mixes in.

Once mixed in, enjoy!

Healthy swaps/tips

  • If the mixture is too thick try adding 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of water and mix through.
  • You can swap for regular cocoa powder, but it will be more of a fruity taste than a chocolate taste.
  • Add in some fruit if you wanted such as blueberries, raspberries or banana slices.
