I'm a registered pharmacist, with a First-Class Honours Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree from the University of Nottingham. I began my career in community pharmacy, cultivating meaningful relationships with patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimise treatment outcomes.  With an interest in service provision and enhancing patient care, I continued upskilling to deliver a wide range of NHS and private services.

To broaden my professional experience, I've spent time in various pharmaceutical settings, such as medicines information, service improvement initiatives, and mentoring trainee colleagues.

Now part of the AXA Health 24/7 health support line, I enjoy using my clinical background to help members feel supported and informed. I take pride in empowering people to understand their medicines, make informed decisions and feel confident in managing their health.
