24/7 health support line

With over 7 years of dedicated experience as a telephone counsellor within AXA Health’s Employee Assistance Programme, I've had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of service users through a variety of personal, emotional and workplace challenges.

In June 2025, I transitioned into the 24/7 health support line as a counsellor. In this role, I continued to provide counselling support to our members. 
I previously built a solid private counselling practice, where I worked with clients on a wide range of issues.

Additionally, my background as a youth worker supporting children and young people aged 8-18 years old provided me with valuable experience in early intervention and mentoring.

My time with AXA Health has been both professionally fulfilling and personally rewarding, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to the wellbeing of our members.
