Since qualifying with a Masters in Pharmacy in 2009, I gained experience in the community pharmacy and medicines information sectors before joining our 24/7 health support line. Here I provide members and other service users with medicines-related information on a wide variety of topics.

Other aspects of the role that are of particular interest to me include the provision of longer term support to members with certain chronic medical conditions; supporting members post-surgery with related medication needs; and undertaking member wellbeing calls.
