I studied Adult Nursing and Healthcare Practice at Canterbury Christ Church University and have gained extensive experience across a variety of clinical settings, including surgical wards, operating theatres, and community care. With 17 years of NHS service, I've spent the past 9 years as part of the AXA Health 24/7 health support line.

I enjoy the diversity of my role, which involves responding to a wide range of health-related queries and offering support to members and their families. I have a particular interest in lymphoedema and am a qualified lymphoedema therapist.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, exploring new places, and indulging my passion for cooking.
