Passionate about empowering individuals through health information and personalised support, I believe in providing evidence-based medical information.

Beyond my professional life, I'm an avid runner - often taking long-distance runs to stay active and clear my mind. I also practice yoga and believe in the importance of going to the gym and staying strong to maintain overall wellbeing. When I'm not working or exercising, I enjoy spending time with my busy family and my dog, Odi, who reminds me to stay present in the moment and find joy in the simple things.
