I have a background in person-centred counselling. I've worked in various sectors over the years, offering therapeutic support around the UK, and briefly in Alice Springs, Australia.

I have a clinical counselling supervision practice outside my role in AXA Health.

When I’m not working, I enjoy writing, walking, swimming and hanging out with my lovely cat Peggy who is the love of my life.
