Harriet Davidson

Clinical services manager
Mental health nurse

My career has been a mixture of working within mental health since the age of 18. In 2007, I worked as a support worker within both NHS and private hospitals. After this, I applied and started university in 2009. I graduated from Brighton University in 2012 and worked within forensic mental health but moved on to my passion of child and adolescent mental health, inpatient.

I joined AXA Health in 2016 and started within the psychiatric care team as a nurse case manager. I stayed in this role until 2022, when I became the team manager.

I'm passionate about all aspects of mental health, including trauma, PTSD, early intervention and getting it right if possible first time. I've been involved in implementing new ways of working in a more clinical aspect within the team and have been part of developing and increasing the clinical knowledge of the team.

Away from work, I love my dog and my family and spending time outside in nature.
