Desk stretches to improve posture

These stretches aim to reverse the common problem of a poor posture that we tend to assume at our desks. Throughout this exercise, you may identify areas of your body that can feel stiff throughout the day; the more you repeat these the more you will unlock the tension and increase blood flow, positively impacting your physical and mental performance.
