Easy to administer

Your Key Contact will be given access to the online portal where they will be able to enter the details of employees who will receive an e-voucher. They will need to include their name, contact email address or mobile telephone number.

Easy to use

Your employees will be sent an e-voucher at the start of the flu season when vaccines become available. They’ll receive a booking link as part of their e-voucher which they can exchange for a flu vaccination carried out by a trained pharmacist or nurse at a time convenient to them.1

The cost of a flu vaccination e-voucher depends on the number you purchase.

As at June 2023 the Boots private Winter Flu Jab Service is available at over 1,900 Boots stores. Subject to specially trained pharmacist and stock availability.

Frequently asked questions

A minimum order of 10 employee flu vaccination vouchers applies. Once ordered, vouchers are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

E-vouchers are valid until the end of the flu season (31 January 2024)

Your employees will be given access to an online booking portal, where their details and booking will be managed by our preferred third-party provider, Boots Pharmacy. We'll provide you with all the information you need so you can support your employees.

Seasonal flu vaccinations may be considered a minor benefit and are exempt from tax as a benefit in kind. However, we recommend checking and agreeing the tax treatment with your HMRC contact.

Flu vaccination service provided through Boots is exempt VAT.
