To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week (w/c 13th May 2019), we've launched #Headstrong, an initiative that champions a 'complete health' approach to mental and physical fitness.

Conversations and literacy around mental health issues have moved forward significantly in the last decade.  But there is still a huge gap between how people think about, approach and accept mental health in comparison to physical health. 

Through #Headstrong, our aim is for workplaces to approach mental health differently by placing it on a par with physical health, so that any wellbeing strategy can be truly aligned to target each area with equal importance.
