You’ve made it to week 4, that’s brilliant! By now, you’ll hopefully be feeling the benefits of incorporating regular walks into your lifestyle, from a positive outlook, to having more energy.
It may be the last week of the Walk30, but we hope you’re feeling encouraged to keep up the good work long after the challenge has finished.
There are so many benefits of brisk walking. Here are 3 reasons to keep the challenge up:
Walking briskly for at least 30 minutes a day, 5 times a week, lowers the risk of coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes1.
Research shows that brisk walking can also improve self esteem, mood and sleep2.
Regular brisk walking helps improve your lung function3.
Congratulations on making it to the 4th week of the Walk30 challenge. But don’t forget there’s nothing to stop you from keeping the challenge up and making a healthy lifestyle change for good.
