About our menopause support services

It’s important that your employees can access information they can trust as well as practical and emotional support from experts when they need it. Our menopause services offer support for all those affected by menopause:


  • from awareness and education seminars
  • to personalised wellbeing services designed to guide and support women
  • to primary care offered through our 24/7 online GP service, subject to availability 
  • to specialist clinical support for women who fall into crisis with their menopause

Working with Peppy

If you choose to provide your employees with access to digital-health app Peppy, together we can give all your employees1 and their loved ones a safe space to speak with expert menopause practitioners about any challenges they're experiencing. Support through the app means they never have to feel alone or overwhelmed. And, with access to trusted information and guidance to put their minds at ease, they'll focus better on work and at home. 

Your employees will benefit from:

  • Private, one-to-one, 40-minute phone or video consultations with specialist Peppy practitioners.2  
  • In-app messaging chat with highly trained and accredited Peppy practitioners without the need for an appointment.2 
  • Articles, wellbeing programmes, virtual events and group video broadcasts on topics such as coping with anxiety or HRT. All conveniently in the app. 
  • Onwards signposting to a GP if needed.
Expert specialist care

Most women (90%) find they can manage menopausal symptoms with the help of wellbeing support, information, advice and lifestyle changes3. Or through the support of their GP. However, some need more intervention. 

If you have a healthcare scheme for your employeees and choose to add menopause support to your benefits, if one of your employees needs onward medical care, our network of British Menopause Society (BMS) accredited consultant gynaecologists are available to offer the right support. They'll just need a referral from a GP.
