Wellbeing includes; exercise & nutrition, emotional & spiritual health, work satisfaction, sense of connection & belonging and sense of purpose. The purpose of this seminar is to help your people gain an understanding of the different aspects of wellbeing, discover what is important to them, and to equip them with the knowledge and tools to not only set effective wellbeing goals, but to follow through and stick with them.
