- 2 ripe bananas
- 200g frozen mixed berries
Method
Slice the bananas and add to a bowl with the frozen berries.
With a handheld blender blend to make a slushy ice and serve straight away.

- Why not add in some fat free natural yogurt.
- If using fresh berries, put in the fridge to cool down.
