The number of free health assessment days your client can claim through this offer depends on the number of employees covered on the plan:-  

65-100 lead members = One health assessment day for up to 24 members 

101-200 lead members = Two health assessment days for up to 48 members 

201-250 lead members = Three health assessment days for up to 72 members

A Know your numbers health assessment

During a Know Your Numbers assessment, an employee has a 15-minute consultation with a qualified physiologist, where they’ll gain an invaluable understanding of their health, measured against seven key health markers:      

• Height, weight and BMI   
• Blood pressure and heart rate  
• Blood glucose and cholesterol levels  
• Lifestyle and nutrition  
• Exercise and alcohol consumption  
• Sleep  
• Stress  

 If any health risks show up during an employee’s consultation, their physiologist will suggest actions they can take and, where appropriate, guide them to any available support that’s included in their plan.
