Register for the AXA Health Broker Hub

The AXA Health Broker Hub is now available to your brokerage.
To enable us to set your brokerage up on the broker hub, please complete the details below, and designate up to two people to be admin users. Admin users will be responsible for adding and managing other users on the hub. Please note that all users, regardless of their admin status, will be able to get access to every group under their FCA reference.
If your brokerage itself has a group PMI policy with AXA Health, please contact us on agency.health@axahealth.co.uk  (with the group number if known).
