I’ve entered my email address, but the site isn’t recognising me – what do I do?

If you’ve already registered or set up your account, please try entering your email and password again. If it’s not working, see ‘I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?’ below and follow the process to reset your password.

Why haven’t I received a validation code?

If you haven’t received the code, please check your email junk folder.

If it’s not there, check you entered your email address correctly and click the ‘request another code’ button on the registration screen.

I’ve been locked out. What happens now?

When you enter your details incorrectly, you can't log in again straight away - this is to protect your account. You can try again later, or reset your password.

I’ve forgotten my password. What should I do?

Please enter your email address and then click on ‘Forgotten password’. We’ll email you a code so we can check it’s you, before you log in again.

If you can’t see a Forgotten password button, this means your email address isn’t registered with us. Please register instead.
