As an AXA Health member you and your family have access to a comprehensive Counselling and Support Service. This service is only available to members aged 16 and over.
We all have times when we feel low, anxious or overwhelmed. But with appropriate guidance and support, there are practical ways to ease anxiety, manage stress, lift our mood and sleep better. Early intervention can make a huge difference to our performance at work and to the quality of our lives.
Additionally, the service also provides expert guidance on everyday matters such as legal and financial concerns, relationship issues and consumer rights.

Remote Support
Fast access to fully qualified mental health professionals just a phone call away or through online chat, with no GP referral needed.

Face-to-face counselling
Up to eight face-to-face or remote scheduled short-term counselling sessions with all complex cases assessed and directed by fully trained psychologists, where clinically appropriate.

Online help when you need it
Information and guidance on a variety of practical, medical and wellbeing topics through our online portal.

Home and work life
Practical, impartial information for home and family issues such as money worries or care of the elderly through our LifeManagement™ service. They won't provide legal or financial advice, but provide the means to make an informed decision on how to proceed.

Access to support, wherever and whenever through axabesupported.co.uk. You will find a wealth of up-to-date tools, information, guidance and accessible support online 24/7. This includes a new enhancement of Health Score assessments. When visiting axabesupported.co.uk you will be prompted for your access code which you can find in your Membership Handbook. Once accessed, you'll be able to register for the service.
