Telling your team about your Employee Assistance Programme

There are lots of different ways to let people in your business know about the help that their EAP can offer them. Here you’ll find a selection of posters and flyers that you can download and use within your business to raise awareness. There’s also guides which take you through what you can do with your EAP and how it works.

Guides will vary depending on whether your group has EAP Essential or EAP Premier.

You can send these out via email or add to your company intranet site to encourage your team to use the Employee Assistance Programme whenever they may need it. Or why not print them out and hang them up at your workplace as a constant reminder – support is just a phone call away.

These guides give you a bit more information on what your EAP does and how it works. Circulating these in your business is a good way to introduce the programme to your team. Make sure you choose the right guide based on the version of EAP your business has selected. You can check which version you have in your member support portal - Member Online

Online counselling – EAP Premier


Offers all the support of EAP Essential, with the addition of:

  •         Face-to-face counselling– up to 8 sessions for each employee for each issue, when clinically appropriate, via our network of clinical specialists
  •         Online counselling for those who prefer to communicate digitally

All material can be used via print outs, email or on your intranet.
