If you're looking to renew, ​ we'd love to continue being here for you.​

We’ll send your renewal documents out to you 3-6 weeks before your renewal date.  If you’ve chosen to get them online, look out for our email.​

You can check your details are up to date by logging into your online account, where all your plan details can be found.​

Get help fast for muscles, bones and joint problems. You can have a video or phone appointment with a physiotherapist or specialist without a GP referral. We can offer physiotherapy appointments within 1 working day, or access to an orthopaedic specialist within 3 working days.  Muscles, bones and joints

24/7 health support line is available to you and your family, with nurses, pharmacists, counsellors and midwives at the end of the line. If you’ve got a question about your health day or night, we’re here for you.​ 24/7 health support line
Our midwives and pharmacists are available weekdays 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm, and Sundays 8am to 12pm.

You have access to up to 40% off individual membership at Hussle and Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centres, so you can relax in the spa, have a swim, or try a workout, to get fit and healthy.​ Gym discount offer up to 40% off
Hussle is available for members aged 16 and over and Nuffield Health, for members aged 18 and over. Terms apply.

Access to your online account, where all your plan details and information is held securely in one place. We want you to be able to lay your hands on what you need, when you need it. It is personal to you, and you can use it to change any details, start and track your claims, get your treatment approved, search for specialists and securely message us.​

Your AXA Health membership number will either begin with AXA/ or it'll be seven numbers followed by a letter.
