7 April 2022

This is a great sweet treat to have this spring or summer!

Nutritional highlights

This yogurt treat provides us with one of our five a day. Eating five fruit or vegetables a day can help in reducing our risk of heart disease and some cancers. The Greek yogurt provides us with a good amount of protein that not only helps to support our muscles and bones, but can also keep us fuller for longer. It also provides us with over 20% of our daily calcium requirement. Calcium is important for bone health but also for muscle contractions.
