Apple and nut squares

30 October 2020

These no bake bars are so easy to make and offer a fantastic snack option if you’re looking for something a little sweeter.

Although dates do contain some naturally occurring sugars, it comes this sugar comes packaged with fibre and other nutrients such as copper and potassium. The fibre slows down the release of sugar into the blood stream. Pecans and cashews are high in monounsaturated fatty acids which have been linked to reduced risk of heart disease and improved levels of cholesterol.
