Non-alcoholic drinks don’t have to be boring, or laden with artificial sugars. With a bit of imagination you can create fabulous mocktails that deliver healthy hydration and taste great. Try our zesty cooler recipe for a low sugar, low calorie drink with plenty of zing!

  • 3 lime wedges
  • 3 lemon wedges
  • 1 slice of ginger (thumb sized)
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes


Squeeze the juice from the lime and lemon wedges into the glass before putting them in. 

Add the slice of ginger and fill the glass with ice. Pour sparkling water over the top and stir thoroughly. Enjoy!
