Berry refresher mocktail

You don’t have to be a mixologist to create some crowd-pleasing non-alcoholic cocktails! Our berry refresher is a booze-free option that packs a fruity punch and is bound to become a favourite with adults and children alike.

Nutritional highlights

Non-alcoholic cocktails can be a great way to add a bit of va va voom to your soft drink options. Plus, they’re lower in calories and artificial sugar than their alcoholic counterparts. Being alcohol free they also help keep us hydrated as alcohol is a diuretic, meaning it causes water loss.

  • 3 raspberries
  • 2 strawberries
  • Cranberry juice
  • Ice cubes

Method

Place the strawberries and raspberries in the bottom of your glass. Gently crush the berries using a spoon (or the end of a rolling pin!). Add ice to the glass. Pour cranberry juice over the top and stir thoroughly. Garnish with a whole strawberry. Sip and follow with a long ‘aahhhhhhhh’.

Top tips/Healthy swaps

  • If you want to add extra sweetness try adding more berries
