**Employee Assistance Programme Essentials (“EAP Essentials”) - Terms and Conditions
This offer is for 12 months free access to EAP Essentials for AXA PPP healthcare small business clients who are GBEA members. This offer is only available to employees of those small business clients that are new direct Business Health clients who have at least one other cover option on their plan with AXA PPP healthcare. This offer applies to those employees who are not already covered by the other cover options on the plan with AXA PPP healthcare (non-insured employees).
“EAP Essentials” means telephonic support service available 24/7 and 365 days a year, offering support from mental health practitioners to employees with everyday worries.
